Nah, the POTC films were just rated '12', this was because there was 'mild horror' and violence, among other things (This could vary in films 2+3 as I only looked at the back of the first film as it was on my desk anyways >_<).
(Bloody, I suppose, is just a mild expletive in Britian, not particularily offensive or shocking.)
