The Harbingers are definitely firing their broadsides faster as of late.
As for the EITC, don't forget some carry explosive and I've been nailed because once a Corsair glitched and I never saw the explosions! I was getting pounded from the aft and didn't catch on until my beloved Destroyer was hemorraging water.
