The Black Spot
As a GM I would like to put a black spot on players hands that misbehave in guild. It would only be visible to other guildmates and could only be removed by the GM who put it there or when you leave that guild. Players that have the Black spot on their hand are much more likely to have their ship attacked by Kraken Jr., a smaller faster version of Daddy Kraken that randomly appears when these marked players put out to sea.
