Alright, after looking over the times and considering the time it will take to complete a boss battle, this seems to be the best time to try it. I apologize for not being able to accommodate everyone into the event, but with the times listed there was no way to get everyone together at the same time. Therefore, I tried to pick a time that fit the times and dates I was given by everyone. This will make 8-9 people able to come, and if the others are able to make it we will have 11 and be one short of a full crew. Considering our size right now and the event, I would say that's a pretty good turnout myself!
Anyways, the time for the event is as follows.

Please post here if you can/cannot make it on these times, and we may possibly reschedule the event based on the number of users not able to do so. (Just wait until after 12:11EST according to the server, or this thread will get all messed up.
