When I contacted them they said anyone who hadn't received a flag should wait until Mid-April to call. However she was very nice when I mentioned not receiving either item, double checked my shipping info with me, and sent a request directly to the shipping office while I was on the phone requesting a crew kit and flag be sent to my address.

I would call Disney Customer Support at 1 (877) 427-7744 between the hours of 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday, and Saturday and Sunday, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern Time. As I said above, they were very nice and said they would ship me both items, maybe they can help with your SVS prize as well.
