A Few Questions.

I’m fairly new to the game, started playing about a month ago, and recently brought Unlimited Access.
I’ve got a few questions to ask, and would be very grateful for a response.
I’ve got a level 20 voodoo doll, with 2 attunment, Ranked 5 poke and Swarm, heal, curse, cure and chain wrap, and ranked 4 health drain. I currently level up but attuning 2 terror wasps / rock crabs on a wild island. I get about 70-100 rep per kill, so 140-200 rep per round. Is there any better way to level up?
I’ve just got my grenade and its level 4. I find it very hard to level it up as I run out of nades fairly quickly. I can kill the boss on Padres Beach as I run out of nades L. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
Where can I find Stumps? What wild island / place do I have to go to?
