#1 No flaming, spaming, etc.
#2 1/10 as the worst and 10/10 as the best (you can exatrate if you want)
#3 Be nice. If someone's profile picture is really bad just rate it a 1/10 instead of saying "ew gross! i hate ur pic!"
#4 Have fun!
P.S. When rating mine please look at if for atleast 3 seconds instead of just glancing at it. When people see my picture they think its just japanese words instead of seing the actual clip.
