Well, being a cast member at a park and being a programmer are two different things - the parks never close... Programmers probably get weekends off (espically since D doesn't push too hard to put out upgrades and is trying to keep some type of close budget
)
Of course - in most programming circles - the closer you are to a final product, the more overtime that gets applied ('brainstorming sessions, 'in the groove' moments) - so its hard to say...
