Only rumors that more is coming, from the Game Masters at the last "meet the GM" events. Another rumor I heard (unsubstantiated) was that new content is supposed to be released to coincide with Disney's 50th anniversary (I never bothered checking to see how old the company itself is - Mickey Mouse is over 100 though, so meh.)
At this point in time, the recovering the Black Pearl and getting the leadership skill, is the end of the storyline quest(s).
