You might post a time and place for people to join you. For example: near the shipwright on Tortuga on the abassa server (tho I suggest a server that is likely to be quiet) - I'm betting a lot of people from these forums would be interested in joining you.
I'm usually on from around 7 to 9 eastern most evenings and I could probably be able help round up a good crew.
If you are in a guild they should be able to help.
As far as the Black pearl quest goes, after you win the boss battle you go see Jack Sparrow and you then get the leadership skill. Thats the end of the Black pearl quest.
