BB got glitched so most of us either got the black screen or the game made us land on the beach haha. Too bad most of the crew logged out when the screen was black for too long.

The space between the dock & the pearl was too far to jump to land on the Pearl, did try swimming to the Pearl but u just end up swimming under/thru the ship.

Even tho it lights up green to hit Shift, I couldn't grab it tho, it would just turn blue

Interesting, this drawbridge never loads on my game during an actual BB, I always thought there was just a fort here.

Drawbridge here never loaded for me in an actual BB either...only saw the forts.

then Pirate.exe had a crash error when I got near to the last drawbridge so I never got to see Goliath =(

Very very nice! You got much better screen shots than I did. Did you count the cannons in each fort? (E.g. how many face the outer harbor, vs. how many aim at the inner bay?)

In the December update, they moved Goliath a bit further East. It's still there, it is just farther away. There are two cannons on the beach - shooting the masts of the Black Pearl sends you to jail (if you keep shooting) but everyone else remains stuck.

Nice...this happened to me one time...as I stood on the sidelines and wondered "Why is it always me?" (wink)

From the look of last picture I can see two cannons that should face the black pearl. There are three cannons that face the bridges so if you try to go past them you'll get even more damage.
I'm glad I just learned that. Now I can see why trying to go past forts that don't have bridges gets me killed a lot.

Very ncie pictures Angel. I like how it says the Black Pearl and then Legendary Ship. Level twenty light frigates? I thought the highest they could go was fifteen.

Got to say I like those cannons, mainly that invisible one that would do Mermaid Man and Barnacle boy justice in that second one, and those cannons grounded in the weirdest of places in the fifth and sixth.

Hmmm. Happened to me now. Got stuck on the black screen...hit F12...

Couldn't take a cannon, though. I was bumping around it, but wouldn't let me take it.


Swimming out a little...



When you look at the three bridges, this is the left one. 4 cannons able to hit the Black Pearl at first, two additional cannons to prevent ships from coming INTO the harbor.



...and the right bridge. While this also has 6 cannons, they all face the Black Pearl as it approaches the bridges. The middle bridge still has only two cannons. No, it would not let me take the cannon...green circle would just blink blue then green again.



After swimming past the frigates, I turned left, swam under that mountain and came out in the high seas where Goliath used to be. Apparently, they don't let Goliath spawn at all now, until the bridges are all down.

Coming back around to the final forts, the game crashed.

Excellent shots!!! Makes me want to be glitched off BB again.. just to explore.

I had more screenies but somehow they got saved on top of each other =( And I didn't really count coz I thought the screenies would've been saved...

Well this had happened to me before, unfortunately last time I had clear screenies like this, I accidentally killed myself with the cannons haha. I had the flying glitch too once before similar to the ones Frizz/Mike had posted a while back. But my screenies were awful looking...and I crashed when I got too high in the sky lol

Lucky you lol I tried to get into the Right & Middle fort but either it kept pushing me out at some angles or I would just run thru the rock while in the water under the fort lol....so I gave up and tried the Left fort, at least the Left one worked for me

Some real cool screens there.
Never have I glitched in a BB, would be neat to do it to look around once. ;)

If I spin the mouse wheel during/after the teleport, but before "HALT! Who goes there?" I often get this, for the duration of the cut scene.

But to go exploring, one other person has to be locked up and has to stay stuck the entire time you explore, without ever pressing F1 to release the cut-scene lockup. When you see the black screen after the cut-scene, press F12 to go exploring. The person that is stuck can't hear your whispers, etc., so there is not much else you can do.

The stairways let you into the forts. The right bridge's stairs are on the south side near the east corner. The middle one has an archway on the south side, facing the open sea, but I couldn't get into it.

This just happened to me again. I had opened a chat window after sending invite, but the invite was accepted before I could switch chat window to crew. THIS TIME, I had the presence of mind to start the video recording software, so I should have that video posted in a few hours. The Black Pearl Island village has changed dramatically in the last few weeks. The forts remain unchanged. Took a very long time to crash out this time, but the farther I got from the Black Pearl, the slower my avatar's movement became.
