You just need to QR to join and tell me what position you want and this is a guild I will post the requirement ASAP

Just as a friendly advice by another GM... Don't give away the positions in the guild... there has been problems in other guilds about Officers destroying Guilds... Also it might be a little bit more appealing to others to see what your guild is all about...
