Transfering Pirate to another account?
 
Is there any way I can transfer my pirates from one account to another account?
I need to transfer them because the account I have right no is messed up.
I used an email that Does NOT exist, I contacted them about changing my email and they said to call them, but I can't :p
I cant get membership on this account because of parenthal controls, i click the enable parental controls thing, and it sends an email to the e-mail that does not exist..How am i suppose to enable it if it doesnt exist??
Can they transfer my Pirates to a new account?
I dont wanna start new on a new account..so can they transfer them?

Do you know what the email you used was? Do you know the password for the account?

Maybe there's a way to log in to www.piratesonline.com with that information and change the email address. People change email addresses all the time.

I know the email, I went there, but it says i need parental controls to change the email :l

Maybe you can make another account and link the two (there's a given way detailed somewhere here on the forums that I'm sure someone would be kind enough to provide the link for). If you haven't gotten far on that account and it's basic, I suppose you could just get a new account with no harm being done (though I just read that you don't want to do that--er...)

Then perhaps asking your "parental controllers" for help would be best. ;) Did they lock you out for a reason?

I believe all accounts have parental controls. You'll probably need a parent password and the email address.

Considering you used an email address that doesn't exist then you can't transfer a pirate to another account.
You need the two regular passwords, parent password(if there is one), AND the email address.

If you had used an email address that's real(and yours) then you could go to live chat and ask to switch one of your pirates to another account.(that's how you transfer toons to different accounts on toontown. It should be the same for POTCO.)

Sorry, but when you use an email address that doesn't exist there will be concicuences for your account.
