One question.
Does it have to be dark for the fireworks to show up or does it turn dark when they start?
I didn't get to see any because it wasn't dark at the "right" time.

Huh, those are cool. As for your question Mac, I guess it just wasn't a night period. On another note, though I adore that palm tree, the red *star* seems rather nice.

One POTCO "day" is one real-life hour. Normally:

xx:00 real time = POTCO midnight
xx:15 real time = POTCO sunrise
xx:30 real time = POTCO noon
xx:45 real time = POTCO evening

Yesterday, the fireworks were all at POTCO midnight - that is, on the hour every hour. Today, either the server clocks have drifted, or they've changed something, because the fireworks have been going off at about a quarter to the hour, on the servers I've been on.
