Fastest Servers

Hello, Does anyone know of servers that are faster than others? i've noticed there are a few that go wicked slow even when they are "quiet", I usually have good luck when i use Faguilla or Cortos but i was wondering if someone could recommend a faster one. I would assume geography is a factor, i'm in south western CT:xhuh:.

I am not familiar with any one server being faster than the others. It would usually be an issue of the amount of traffic on a server, your immediate vacinity in the game, and the other players that are near you/connected to the same server. 1 bad connection to a server can usually degrade and effect all the others, as a slow system or a system with bad connection is part of the scope of things, and as the server awaits responses from it then all those surrounding them are also 'waiting' (ie lagged).

The only factor that geography would have would be in "routing" to the servers which are all at the same location to the best of my knowledge (Southern California I do believe). Even those of us living on the west coast have lag issues. I think the majority of the lag issues are more related to the game engine itself, and the other server traffic near us in the game as mentioned above.

I don't know much about computers, but i have had issues with bugs on particular servers. I used to have a list or servers to stay away from because i had so many problems on them. I hardly ever play anymore though, so.. I'm not familiar with any of the that anymore. Or maybe it was just by chance that i kept running into problems on the same servers? Not lag issues. I'm not sure this is the same topic.. I am curious about it though, and it seems like it's relevant enough to ask here. Are the servers all serviced the same? Could it be that there certain servers to stay away from that isn't related to to proximity?
