A few more questions..~Please answer
 

Well here i go again with my noob questions :D
The weapons page says you can get a dagger at level 10
However, I'm level 13 and can't get it?
Is there something i need to do?

and

Does anyone know a fast place to level up?
I want to reach level 30 soon, but It's taking me forever xD,
Anyone know any tips?

You should have the quest to visit Elizabeth Swan at level 10, which is the start of the dagger weapon quest.
(She will send you to Will Turner which will assign you further tasks for the dagger quest, which he will then return you to Elizabeth who eventually gives you your daggers)

Are playing a "basic" account?
Im pretty sure the dagger is not made available to Basic accounts regardless of level.

If you are unlimited, and have received the quest, I would recommend contacting Live Chat support on the official site.

Umm the dagger you need to get the items for I think Will turner sends you on the quest for it. It doesn't matter what lvl ur pirate is but when you complete that quest to get the certain items to make the dagger you're suppose to go back to Will and you get the dagger. But I think what you're looking at is when your dagger level is 10 is when you unlock a new trick or something. I'm pretty sure there are people here that can explain this a WHOLE lot better than I just did lol but as far as getting up to lvl 30 u just gotta keep completeing quests and killing things lol

Now is there a way to change my clothes?

Go into any tailor shop and talk to the tailor, as if your going to purchase clothes.

There is a "My Items" tab for each category showing what items you have to choose from. You can choose what to wear on that tab/screen.

Jewerly, and Tattoos also work this way.

If your unlimited u can go to the tailor shop and buy/sell/and take off clothes. like if u have a jacket and you don't wanna wear it any more you can go 2 the tailor shop and under "my items" u can choose 2 take it off
