in tortuga go to seamstress annes front door place and go to the left then to the right dont fall off then do the normal force yourself through a wall glitch technique and you will be on it!!!:laughks2:

Ah yes, the Tortuga Hill Glitch (#1, there is another one) (at least thats what I call it)
A nice place to head up to, drink some rum, and watch the sunset slowly creep over the horizon....

Yup it isnt hidden its there just it supposed to be blocked by the buildings but you can glitch behind it. Its the "snipers" area for when muertos moon came out people sat up there chucking nades down below.

How do you force yourself through a wall:bookishfj7:? I tried and went clean through the building and appeared on the other side.:laughks2:

There's also a nice little valley hidden in Tortuga that I like to relax in. Here's some info:

Swim around and look for a rock up on its side. When you swim toward it, you'll be told you need a boat. Face the ocean and continue to swim and you'll end up under the rock. Then turn around and swim into the hill.

Swim for a ways, and you'll get past the hill and be in the little valley. Its nice and hilly and the water makes a tiny river. It's nice and relaxing :P

To swim back, head to the right and swim through the hill. You'll end up across from the main town and the dock where you started
