Quest for Corpses
 

Hey everyone,
I am in the middle of a quest for Turner and can't find enough corpses to kill for him. Does anyone know where more are other than one that spawns randomly in the jungle of Tortuga. It seems weird that they would have a quest up without having a decent amount of the item that is called for...especially if the quest calls for more than one per player.

Just camp it and wait for it to respawn. If that doesn't work for you, go to the caves at Padre Del Fuego.

You could head on over to the Rat's Nest, which is in one of the caves that branches off of the Tortuga Graveyard.

Thanks for the help, I have tried Rat's Nest in Tortuga but it didn't respawn a corpse all the time. I played around there for hours and never saw another corpse respawn. I haven't tried the other island though, thanks for that tip.

It won't count when I kill a skeleton, I'm on that part also and it still says 0/6.

You need to defeat corpses only, thats a type of skeleton, can be found in jungles on tortuga, but more reliable is kings run in port royal, left entrance if i remember right.

Just look for smoke in distance, theres no smoke without fire, and corpses use fire attack ;)

Been to Rats nest most of the day today, yesterday spent too much time in kings run. Have managed to get 3 corpses. certainly they have to have a lot more.

The 3 corpses I have were in Rats Nest in the same spot. But now it is not coming out at all. :mad:

I had a quest to retrieve bones from 6 corpses. I found them in the caves of Padre del Fuego.

The problem is...how do you get a bone from a corpse? You have to fight them with your sword. Shooting them doesn't seem to EVER reward you with the quest item. Almost every time I fought with my sword...or at least finished the fight using the sword...I received the quest item.

Make sure that their names are NOT greyed out to receive your items. Greyed out mobs don't drop quest items.

The caves on Isla Perdida also harbor a corpse or 2 for those of you still looking.

Padre del Fuego did it. :D The caves are very colorful, not drab like the others :cool:
