When they say the Beaches of Tortuga from the 27th to the 30th do they mean every second of every minute of every hour on the beaches?

Well I checked the Grog Blog Guys and heres what it said
All pirates are invited to the Founders Feast on the beaches of Tortuga, November 27, 28, 29, 30 (any server) starting at 10AM Pacific Time each day as we begin the Founders Feast by lighting the ceremonial bonfire! The celebration is a chance to give thanks for the bounty the Caribbean has brought us over the past year and join other pirates in fun and fellowship. As the festivities run from 10AM to 8PM Pacific Time daily, enjoy a Pork Roast you won't want to miss!

There will be surprises throughout the event, including appearances by our Game Masters Captain Walter, Rose Winsome and other crewmembers of the Marceline Guild.

Unlimited Access Members, in thanks of your support of the Caribbean be sure to visit a Tailor in any town during the days of the feast and get your limited edition Gold Skull Bandana.

Well that will be nice, yet in order to get anything else we'lll likely have to drop it. lol Just increase the number of items we can have POTCO!!! sheesh!

OK -- so far, it's 5:15am PST, so the GMs, let alone the Devs, aren't awake yet!

The bonfire pile and roast pig spit are in place, but nothing happening yet with those.
The "free" hat thing is a rip, if you have a closet full of hats that is.
The last free hat offer added with no problem. Likewise all the tailor shop quest hats.
But THIS one -- so far -- will not add if you have all those other hats. You get the message of the "4 limit" and that you have to sell off one of your items.
I have been deluging them with complaints from the very second the hat came online.
Click on Options, Click on the Question mark, send a complaint!

aye another disapointment from disney .....u have to sell ur clothin to get the new bandana....which mean if ur max on gold u cant even sell anything to get it.......email disney once again to inform them of there miscue in this game. i try to get the new one told me i have to many clothin in my inventory.

every one should email them......
