I have run into him on occasion on Outcast. Although I have seen him a few times, I haven't not figured out a pattern to when he shows, like time of day etc.

ive seen him on cutthorat jungle before some noob killed him.

Saw him on Cutthroat and Outcast, but never Padres. Then again, wood DOES float...

PS: He spawns randomly after you kill a bunch of Stums, like Sid Shiver and some of those other bosses.
