Woodruff's Chest & key

Does anyone have a clue where to find this chest? I have searched all of Port Royal, All of Tortuga, and all of Padres. NOW the indicator says to search Kings head. *sigh* please help... is this glitched or does this quest do this to everyone?

It should be on Driftwood, or wherever Woodruff is (can't remember where he is)

In the case of digspots, the ray of light wont necessarily lead you directly to it.

In this particular case, you need to find the digspot on the same location as the NPC.

Woodruff is on Isla Cangrejos, this is where you need to search.
