Userpage backrounds and music?

Iv'e been trying to find a userpage to stick with but,
I have been seeing music and backrounds on userpages can someone plz tell me
how to put these on thnx

Try looking around the forum "User / Member Pages". That forum is devoted mainly to Profiles and Userpages, and features guides on how to put up backgrounds and music, as well as many other things.
