Post number?
 

I wanted to know what is the real number of my posts? Is it the one that is showing? Because according to the Top Posters link I have more than those. I know, it feels childish on my part to ask this (at least in my view), but I am proud of being a Top Poster in three different categories.

This may not be the only reason for a discrepancy, but it is responsible for it at least in part.

Posts in the "Activities" forum, do not count in your overall post count, however they are considered on the Top Posters chart.

Other discrepancies can be timing issues between site maintenance, etc.

Post counts tend to gain more attention than they should.
Concentrating on post quality is much more important to someone wishing to be a contributor to the board, and will earn them a much better reputation.

i post a lot in activities because they are fun. anyways i hope they counted.

IMO they shouldnt count at all....

They all count just not as the number you see when you view your post(s).

Some forums, like activities, don't need to be counted because they're just for fun.
Other posts that are in General POTCO game talk may be useful and do count.
