Question for the guild
 

I have been in discussion with the GM's of a couple of the other guilds here on POF. I have been asked to have Dueces Wild guild form an "alliance" with a few of the other guilds.

This alliance is more of a friendship than any type of formal agreement. It may be limited to just sometimes working together, helping with quests, BB's, etc. Other times, we may hold "events" together. THIS IS NOT A COMPETITION!

I told the other GM's that it is up to the members of the guild to decide. I know that our members have never refused to help anyone when asked, and I have seen quite a few times where there were 7 to 10 of us helping someone we had just met with either a BB or just searching barrels on KH.

Many of us have attended the 'parties' thrown by other guilds for some accomplishment, and many of us have friends in the other guilds anyway.

A simple yes or no post will suffice, If anyone has specific concerns, please PM me and not post any disparaging remarks here in the forum.

although if we end up voting yes i can put a different reaver in each guild so we can talk easier than whisper

I don't really see a downside to partnering up with other guilds. Just means more people to bring rum to the party, and some new friends. :buds: I say Aye!

Aye. I don't have any real problem of helping anyone else in the game, whether they be Dueces or not. Which guilds might these be anyway? Not that it matters who. We like em all, savvy?

I'm not sure what benefits there are to forming official alliances, but I'd go for a yes. (As long as ya don't ask me to go against my other guild... Legion of Warriors)

Honestly, everyone in Dueces has been great about helping out others when asked.

I know we all have friends in many different guilds. And at least twice now, I've asked DW members if they would help out with the BB's of Legion members, and both times not only have several helped, but both BB's were wins.

BTW, my LOW guildmates think highly of DW because of that.

So it's a yes from me.. but would have helped out anyone who really needed it anyway.

I know I havent been in the guild very long, but I like the idea of helping people when I can, so put me down as an Aye.
