Award System Added
 

We've added a new award system to POF.

These will be given for various events like our monthly contests, trivia, arcade, and other special events that we host.

Once you earn an award, it award will be issued to you by the admins. You will recieve a PM stating which award you have won and why. Then the award will be displayed on your posts, on your profile in a new tab, and the awards page. Awards will display just above the sig line on your posts for now. We plan to move this to a better location on the header of your posts later.

We will be including some participation awards as well as awards for the winners. We won't be going retro on past events to award users, but there will be plenty of opportunities for everyone to earn these awards. Mods/Admins are not elegible to earn awards. This award system has been added to all our fansites. With any new feature on the forums, there will be some minor adjustments.

This will not effect anyone's current user rank images, though this new system will subsitute the need to create so many additional user rank images.

We hope this shows our appreciation to our users for their participation in our events. Of course, our events are purely optional to participate in. Enjoy!

can u post sujestions for new awards?

We've been adding awards pretty steadily since we added the new system. Awards for donations, contest winners, and we'll soon have some requested awards for milestone markers for our users. I'm sure if you suggest something, we'll take it under consideration.

i would aliek awards for liek getting ur 100th pst ur 200th post and ect.

maybe for how many friends u have or on how many pms u sent stuff liek that.

not a real challenge but jus sormthing to put some fun into have friends and

doing stuff

I would Suggest adding a Anniversary Award for like when you've been on for a whole year.
