varying level bars under poster name
 

What do the two colored bars under the posters names indicate? I assume it has to do with the number of their posts, but I haven't been able to figure out exactly what they mean. Probably someone has asked and answered that already, but didn't really know where to look for the answer.

one is your level and the other is your activity.
