exp x2?
 

Hey,
Was just standing around when I saw a pirate (Can't remember her name) but she was a founder, and next to the gold coin it said "EXP x2"

Does anyone know what she got this for? Or why?

There have been double reputation (experience) events in the game such as the one discussed here. Some of which gave you a fixed length of play time to earn your rewards. Those players that participated in such events will continue to show "EXP x2" until they have used all that time in the game, even long after the event is over it seems.

Or, it could be something else :?:

I seen a player just three weeks ago with the x2 Bubble on their head... sure enough - they said they hadn't checked in since the Fathers Day 2x Reqward quest... and it still had the time left! :D

Last x2 rep was fathers day, which was a LOOONGGG time ago!
