Where do i go to create a user page?
 

Well thats the question from this Newbie

You will need to subscribe for a userpage subscription first.

If you do subscribe, you should be able to go to your UserCP, scroll down to Settings & Options, and click the "Create your Userpage" button to begin. You will have a text area just as if you were posting a thread. ^^ (At the moment, it should say Donate For Userpage if you would like to look for it.)
