He was dropped here for one of the newly added weapons quests.

Yup he was in one of the new weapon quests.

I had to bribe the bugger. Wanted to use me cutlass on 'im, but I wanted the noto points and new weapon worse, so i paid me gold and left 'im to his devices.

Yea made me pay the navy 100 gold! Ye crazy i be pirate i wanna slit his throat or maybe flaming skull im!

I've seen him, but have not dealt with him. So I will be bribing him in the future, huh? Stanky swine! :grin:

I was surprised when I saw him too: first with a new pirate, being in that area and all.
