Link to downloading Test Server?
 

Hi,

I'm brand new to this site but not new to Pirates. I'm a tester but the game thing got deleted off my computer and I don't know where to go to be able to download it again. I haven't been on in months and I need to get on before they deleted my account. If someone could get me a link to where I could download it, that would be great! Thanks.

P.S.I couldn't find a post with a link to it and I didn't see a section for testers but sorry if this doesn't belong here.

You need to contact Disney about that. I'm not sure anybody here will let you.

Well I found a safe site that let you download it a long time ago when it got deleted after clearing off my computer but I can't find it. I really don't want to contact Disney though because I'm sure I won't get a reply.

You will need to become a Goup Member of 'The Helm' which is the Testers Forum under your UserCP settings (upper left corner of the screen - then Groups) to see the page possibly.

Also - no sense going there if you never got the invite - as you need an active test account and Disney invite to log into it (so don't everyone start downloading it thinking your getting on test - it doesnt work that way :) )

Batleth also posted some info there for review... best to check it out.

Ha I did that once. I thought I was clever. Turns out I wasn't too clever

Testers for POTCO are by invite only. There is no signup, there is no list to be placed on. Presently, when they need testers, they review thier paid member base for longest active members in good standing with thier moderation departments (ie doesnt cause trouble). Once selected they will send you an invitation to the email that is on your pirates account with the information required to locate/access test servers, etc.

Sorry, but you if can download the test sever, even if you could you couldnt use it. i downloaded it and tried but it wont let you unless you have a founder account. There used to be a glitch into it but not any more. stinks huh?

Unfortunately, this is not entirely accurate.

Anyone can download the Test installer.
Only those with valid "Test" accounts will be able to proceed from there and download the rest of the "Test" version of the game.

"Test" accounts are distributed by "Invitation Only", paid members in good standing with POTCO for a reasonable amount of time are considered each time they decide to enlist more testers..

Keep an eye on your email. If your not a paid user, dont bother, its highly unlikely.
