Can't connnect
 

Two nights ago, I was playing potc and then it said my internet connection was lost. Of course, my connection was still working for everything else. Since then, I can't even start to load the game. It says retrieving version info, and then it closes with nothing further. I can't even get onto the potc website. Every other website that I have visited since works, just not that one. When I called potc cutomer support, they said to uninstall the game. I did and still nothing. I have contacted my internet service provider, and all is fine there. Disney told me to go to live chat for help, but how can I do that without being able to get to the site. Does anyone have any ideas of what could be wrong. I use clearwire to connect to the internet. You can go to chat through the website. You do not have to get in the game for chat support.

I used to have the same problem... but i have no idea how to fix it just ended up getting a new pc and whitrice try explaining how he could get to live chat support to actually help him so he knows how
