M'eh....my towns tend to always look like that until my comp can catch up a bit....at least you had a dinghy there! I talk to a ton of floating eyeballs at the shipwright and stores too!!

Ive had that happen to me before and the funny part is people can see you go through buildings. Once, while I was in this glitch, I went through the walls and some level 3 asked me if you get that skill at some higher level lol.:)
