Help Please with new Quest
 

i am doing the new voodoo doll quest and Tia asks for a hair off an undead on a French Skele Ship, the three flag skeles are all spanish and my task indicator points to nothing, any ideas?

You should be able to find French skels around Congrejos

i sunk a reaper and got credit on mine, i was by cangrejos
