disney site problem?
 

i went to disney's site to annoy there live support like i always do this time i was going to see if i could get invited for test server when i tried to log in it said i was suspended but i had the game up as if i was never suspended so i closed the game and it let me go back on so i tried to log in on site again and it said i was suspended again but i can still play the game anyone else have this problem? i would ask live but um cant log in

Well if you go to live chat just to annoy them then yes you should be suspended from there there are many people who need to use live support for issues and annoying the people there isnt helping one bit. If you ask me i think they banned you for over abuse of the system.

well i dont mean just to annoy them but i use them for evey single annoying bug i have and maybe they shouldnt have so many bugs in the game if they dont want to be asked questions about them

It sounds like a lot of extra effort to me. Having to log your playing and keep track of bugs and glitches you encounter (more than just the random ones in the game) and trying to tell someone else how to exactly replicate what happened would slow down your playing. That and there are a lot less people to play with.


Rather than using live support to report bugs, why not just submit a bug report? I find that they actually get back to you if they can't replicate it and need more help from you. It's also more likely to get to the developers if you submit a bug report; live chat is usually just "customer service" type people.

yea but live support like ACTUALLY helps when ever i do bug report they dont like give me a helpfull work around like live support they just email me saying yea u like reported a bug whoo good for u

lol by tomorrow i'll be banned for bugging them so much for suspending me

oh and when they do that they think im annoy now? ohh just let them wait!

bgp, please stop double posting, thats what the "Edit" button is for. I may not be a mod but is sure bugs me.
