Glitchy Video backround
 

Everytime I schroll up and down the webpage and change to other pages, I dunno if it's the site or my video card but when I go up and down on the site the backround sometimes overlaps and makes layers and such...

Any solutions?

At first glance it it does to be appear to be an issue with Video Refresh to the Monitor. If I was near a better computer I'd give ya some steps on what to check for, but this bucket of bolts I'm currently using barely connects me to the site :)

If I get a chance later at a better machine to look up some troupleshooting steps I'll post bac - or maybe Zep will be running around here in about 2 hours with an idea :D
