Unknown Town Folk
 

Does anyone know where this person is?

I wish I did, he is very popular, but is hiding from everyone.

I have found if I take multiple quests for the same thing I will ge the unknown TownFolk until I finish the quest or until I relog. I may not notice if it does it when I only have 1 going but try just completing and relogging and see what happens.

I finished 5 other quests. Never saw anyone named unknown townfolk. Guess I need to visit more islands and just stroll around. lol

I found him!
 

I went in to see Will Turner, again, and kept going back to him. The quest then came up! The unknown townperson is Will Turner! Like finding the teeth and the Rogues, you have to kill Navy people to get their medals. So far, I did not get any from sinking ships, even when I killed a Navy person on board.:confused:

you have to go back to the original cave entrance where tia dalma was. the same thing happened to me, it said to return to unknown townfolk 27% complete. COMPLETED. i was like .....whaat??
anyway, i kept going into various caves until i found the original cave tia was in at port royal and it played her short video again regarding destiny...and then the task went away.
