I'm a level 17 and trying to get up to level 30.
 

How would I level up pretty quick to level 30?

The quickest way to gain Notoriety levels, is usually questing.

However if one ignores leveling of thier weapons at the same time, they will find the quests becoming harder and harder. Recommend a balance of the two, and some steady work on your pirate. ie playing ;)

There are probably going to be some guides in the forums too. I would go kingshead in early 20's or something to do grenades. If you are brave at lvl 28 or 29 try tormenta with help! With help you could lvl fast

Yes, look around these forums for tips on how to lvl. There are some rather useful things to be found here. ;)

i find the doll on outcast really good for it. then you may try (with help, of course) pulling out your other weapons and killing them if you're worried about balance. or, even easier, the scorps there.

I reccomend fighting a lot of higher lv enemies they give good rep.

17 hmm? Try Fort Charles, until you get to level 20. Then hang out at kingshead, and chuck some grenades.

Im level 21 now! But it takes so long to level up, I go to kingshead and throw some grenades but it takes so loooonnnnggggg. Ill try to work on lving

Try taking on stumps when you get to about lv 25-27 maybe by the time your 28 you can start taking 2 at once

Using the doll on higher level enemies usualy works, but beware of dagger weilding fiends!
