Navy can't even pay the light bill- THEY USE CANDELS! :o

The Navy is really cheap. First off, they have been wearing the same outfits over and over. Those outfits are so 1500s. Next, the ship they use in the boss battle is weaker than a Juggernaut! Shouldn't a Boss be the highest enemy in the game? And third off, at least we get treasure chests from EITC. The Navy gives us cheap ole cargo crates. Plus, why don't they have a greeter in Port Royal, huh? What, am I not good enough to have a welcome? I maybe be a pirate, but i have feelings too!
