Im going to train only my weapons and see how far that gets me and after I master all the weapons I will start on the quests If i dont have staff i'll quest till I do.

The Only quests i'll do are Fortune Quests and Weapon unlock/Tp access quests.

Well I be Testin it again You know they say the more trials ya test something the better.

The only reason i know kinda is because of Aliese's pirate Piper.
She didn't do any of the story quest and she is fully mastered with weapons :o

Do it with no special rewards, etc and you will be a high level 37

Doing it is a matter of individual achievement. ( I just dont think i'd call it a project hehe)

With the Black Mack quests and the Privateering quests (start it, do first part, drop it, log out, start again) I'm sure you could get to 40...in a few years.

One of the Tortuga jewelry quests, first 3-4 tasks you get 400 notoriety, and if your quick with a TP stooge pirate, you can get about 400 notoriety in less then 2 minutes, drop quest start over :)

So, can be done... but it would be tedious. i did it to inflate a test pirates notoriety once :)
