Were you inactive? it might have terminated your account :o

Were you using a game card or were you paying by credit?

Yeah game card might have expired >:[

I was paying monthly by Credit Card for months - then one day I logged in and I was Basic! I called POTCO suppoer and they said that the card credit did not go through this month (wierd - as I have $0 ballence on my Credit Cards).

I asked if I payed for a year if that would be ok - he said 'sure - you accout is fine and will activate back to status as son as my transaction was done' - and sure enough I was back to normal 30 seconds after I payed the fee.

So it does happen even using a credit card - just go through and start the pay process angain and your back to normal :D

Basic stinks, you were able to do flourish + thrust, but now you cant.
I got unlimited the very next day I lost it lol

Your unlimited access may have deactivated because they were recieving no payments. You should check if your payments are going through.:)
