New to these parts.
 

Hello mates, I've been playing POtC for several weeks and am loving it. Glad I found a forum that could help answer some of my questions. By way of introduction I'm a female in my 20's from FL. I used to play EverQuest back in the day so some elements of the Pirates game are famillliar to me, some are not.

One quick question: I can't seem to get certain quests because of a message I must complete one of my 'Fortune Quests' first. Not sure which quest this is or if I already have it. I think I tried to get the clothes quest and couldn't due to this mssg. Can anyone enlighten me?

Ahoy matey, welcome to the board.

Quests for Gold, Jewelry, Tattoos, or Clothing are considered fortune quests.
(just about anything thats not the story quest, or a weapon unlock / upgrade quest)

Usually these types of quests can be "Dropped" if necessary to make room for what you want to currently do.

If your not familiar with it already, check your Journal (J key) for a list of what you have, etc. This is also where you can see what quests you have, thier next tasks towards completion, etc. Also this is where you would drop a quest if it allows.
