Gernade Quest
 

I need help with the gernade quest when I go to kingshead to plunder barrels the Royal navy keeps on attacking me any tips?

Either go with a friend or try to do Kingshead glitch

Whats Kingheads Glitch?

i'm on that same quest and i had help the first time i had to search the crates and barrels but now i have to search them again

That won't work. Putting your weapon away makes you vulnerable again.........not that I would know about the KH glitch. :psmiley35:

Don't do the glitch on your first pirate - experience the game instead.

Go with a friend who is also on the grenade quest together. Switch to a busy server from Map. Once inside Kingshead (on a busy server) ask for help. One or two of the higher level people there most likely will help.

Remember that if you get stuck, you can log out and back in. That will "reset" all the crates and barrels so you can search the easy ones again. Then logout and back in. Then search them again.

i'm on the 2nd part of the search where it asks for like 20 barrels and 10 crates in kingshead

If you want, get a friend or a guild mate to keep all the enemies occupied while you go throught the barrels. Thats what i did. Good Luck Mate!

This is the best way to do it.

Doing the "glitch" as a few have eluded to, will not work for searching barrels/crates, for the reasons that Rackat mentioned.

If your at KH trying to search, and there are others about, it never hurts to ask for help. I know i've been leveling there, and been asked. Sometimes I help, sometimes I dont, depends on the time/situation.

only friends i have on the game are never on when i am and when i try to ask for help i get ignored

Timing can definately make things difficult if your playing during the slower times.

I know one day you asked for help finding Bowdash's diamond, and I waited there all day trying to help. :) Ended up helping 2 other POF'ers find it in the meantime!

i'm usually on during the day until 3:30 p.m. central time cause then i gotta go to work

I see, might be tough hours to get help that way, as most of the younger players are on in the afternoons (right about when your heading to work). Alot of us older players are already at work (im at my desk as we speak), and preparing to come home and have fun and play a few hours after you head to work. Hang in there.

The grenade quest CAN be done solo, but its hard, you may also have to venture higher up/into Kingshead to find more barrels/crates you can get to without a bunch of navy after ya.
