Hired-Guns?

ive gotten a quest from the bartender in the kings arm, tortuga. he has me out looking for hired-guns, having trouble finding them though considering the light points me towards any kind of soldier. Anyone know where to find them?

Haven't been there in a while but I think the Padres cave and Kingshead have Hired Guns.

Sometimes they spawn at fort charles, but not all the time.

Becketts Quarry on Padres, and back of Kingshead you'll find them more frequently.

There might be one in fort charles, if theres not its spanws where the mecernary is. And theres some on Padres and Kingshead.
