i have to find 6 of junes lucky dice from skeletons any help?

I just recently helped my guildmate with that part of the quest, I believe you need to kill level 7 (or higher) skeletons. He ended up with the most luck, in the elbow part (near the waterfall) of Wicked Thicket (Port Royal). 3 skeletons seem to spawn there random levels 2-8. It takes awhile, but once it starts finding them, they add up quick.

I've killed multiple level 7+ skeletons but haven't found a single one. It doesn't even say ITEM NOT FOUND after I kill them.

You have to go into Governor's Garden on Port Royal. There is a section with tombs and mausoleums. The second tomb-like-building has an undead witchdoctor hiding behind it (sometimes an undead pirate.) Kill that undead witchdoctor to start the dice rolling.
