Bought Items Not Coming Up
 

I bought jewerly today. Came up on my pirate fine. Went and bought a new beard .. says I bought .. didn't come up on his body. Repurchased it and confirmed the buy .. didn't take any gold or pop up on him. Getting pretty irritated.

Oh, and I just bought jewerly too. Like I said it worked. So I tried signing off and on to see if the beard would let me purchase, nope. Funny thing is all the prices dropped when I resigned on so that means I just bought all my jewerly at full price.

Also, I bought another beard on accident sold it to me and I'm wearing it. The beard I want (the beaded one that originally cost 375 and is now 187) won't let me. I have more than enough gold.

When you sell your jewelry/tattoos back, you always get half of what you paid, so if that is what your using as a gauge, that wouldnt be correct.

Its working perfect for me, hmmm You dont only have to "buy" the stuff, make sure you put it on also (jewelry/clothes/tattoos).

How can I see what I bought in hair cuts and beards? I don't have a My Items thing. Plus, I bought another beard and it put it on but the one I won't it won't let me buy. Plus again, items are full price. Maybe its because I'm out of town and the router is slower through my wireless than at my house.

There were problems with the stores yesterday, in general.

At first the problems were okay; though it charged full price (not the cheap-o price listed), it also gave back a LOT more than that when stuff was sold (made 4k on my new baby pirate by buying and selling coats [1k per transaction - 4k seemed to be the limit; past that and it would all disappear again]).

They seemed to fix that really quickly, so that it would still charge full price, but give back peanuts (like, 5 gold on a 500 gold item kind of peanuts). Personally, I preferred the first bug.

Anyway, not sure what the deal is now, but considering the other issues, I'd just give them a little while to work it out (though, I of course think they should have had it working before they decided to focus a promotion on it...WTG, Big D :piratetongueor4: ).

Strange things... perhaps different servers had different behavior patterns with this code.

hah So much for 1/2 off sales... I detect a conspiracy!!!

That Beckett and his black guard... I think they're putting pressure on the local merchants to help confuse us.
