Just wondering, where did "Krewe" come from?

Great question! Both the Mardi Gras and Gasparilla festivals have groups of "pirates" that are banded into "Krewes." I took the term from there.

Ah, I've seen so many people using "krew" in one form or another. There are acually 3 different Kraken Krew's, the original (the one I started) there is a Kraken Krew 2, and I think a Kraken Krew 9...IDK why...lol.

In POTCO there are also the following Krewes: Krewe de Tibideaux Krewe de Vieux Krewe of Mayhem I'm sure there are more, but DXD's search engine kind of...well...not so good, ye know? |
Just wanted to say that you and the rest of the Krewe are working really hard on this guild and I see the team work and establishment you guys put into the Krewe really paid off.

Thank you Admiral...we do encourage teamwork and Bart works hard to keep the Krewe informed and organized...as well as having fun and getting enjoyment out of POC.

Just a sort note to thank all those non-Krewe members who were gracious enuff to aid us in our Boss Battles. We may be from different guilds...but we are all part of the "Brotherhood" AYE! :buds:
