Help with finding Quest
 

A friend of mine accidentally clicked on Drop Quest, and he believes it was the Pirate Lore one. Anyway, how do you get quests back, in this case for Will's Fine Sword?

He needs to know who to go to first in order to do this quest from the beginning again, so if anyone here can help at all,plz post!
