I would like to see them add some kind of icon to the players that are Guild Masters or Officers in game.

One, it allows players outside of the guild to know whether they are dealing with a member, Officer, or GM of the guild.

Two, there are a number of players that "may" not just go up and ask someone about their guild, but "may" do so if they feel like the person they are approaching is one that is responsible for leading the guild in some capacity.

Three, it would allow a player to approach an Officer or GM if one of their members had been cyber bullying or conducting themselves in an inaprpriate manner.

They could utilize the 2X icon that we got for Father's Day and instead of having 2X, it would have "GM" or "Off" in the icon to show what position they hold.

Maybe add a toggle off option like the crew icon has?

Not sure about this one Rackat. I get enough "run by friendings" as it is. I think if there was yet another symbol over my head, i'd just be clicking no and x all day.

I suppose if there were an on/off switch it would be ok.

At first it seems like a good idea. But as I thought about it a bit longer, I side a bit with Sarah.

Honestly, if I want them to know im GM or an officer, i'll tell them. I'd almost rather they not know unless I chose to tell them. I can avoid some situations that way.

Tell those that need to know, and let the rest keep on guessing.

While I agree with Sarah and Zep to an extent, I do see a way that this could be set up to help avoid mass friending and such. As to whether Disney could implement the feature in this manner I do not know, but it shouldn't be that hard to tweak in a way to do this.

Maybe instead of having a "GM" and "Officer" tag for the whole world to see, modify the x2 code and implement it with guild coding in a way that the tags would only show up to those that are in the guild. This way, you could easily pick officers and your GM inside of your guild, then have the toggle option to set whether you want the guild to see or the community to see. All they should have to do in that situation is redo the code for the x2 box for the new graphic and group listing, then have a toggle option that would set it to the secondary source for community.

(Pardon me if I don't make sense, I'm not always good at saying what I mean. ^^)

i think the rank icon would be good f guilds, they should add a asst. gm spot so when ur gm awol thay would have the same powers of the gm. this position could be appointed by the gm.

If were something I could toggle on/off like the crew captain can toggle the crew icon, then I wouldnt mind it at all. Would be another cool gadget.

I may be an officer, but occasionally, I want to walk about in plain clothes.. ;)

There are both ups and downs to having these GM and officer tags. I think in some ways it may show you're a respectful member as an officer or GM and people can ask for help (like the bullying thing), but also it might just attracts pests. If they enable some toggle on/off options it's not a bad idea.

Ok, so maybe not have that be an option, but how do we get our guild an icon thingy over our statistic bars?
