more task bugs?
 

:confused: I'm stuck again! I've taken three charcters to the "bribe the harbourmaster task" and that darn harbourmaster won't speak to any of them. One has purchased a ship but the other two have not. Thought maybe I didn't have enough gold, so on one of the charcters dug up many treasure chests, but still that darn harbourmaster tells me to go ask someone else. I know he's the right guy because the gold circle is centered when I'm next to him. What gives?

you need to bribe him

That's what I mean, he won't talk to them, how can I bribe him if there is no such option?

I think someone said once it could be a lag issue and to keep stepping up to him and back again.

I have that same problem with one of my pirates. So it's not only you. I go to the dock guy, he tells me to go to the harbormaster, the light is on the harbormaster, and he tells me to ask someone else! lol I tried about 15 minutes to talk to him, I stepped away, ran around the beach, went back to the dock guy, and I even logged off and back on. Nothing seemed to have worked.

This new update appears to have fixed my problem. Yay!
