Does anyone know?
 

I have been playing quite a bit this week, but can't seem to get past a certain point without freezing. Actually I don't freeze but the character I need to interact with goes stiff-armed. I wondered if maybe this was because I have been playing during the week (not the official beta hours) or maybe I should start a new character. Which brings me to question two...I don't see anyway of deleting characters from the main page the way we could in TT. I'm worried about running out of them if I keep starting new ones everytime I get stuck.

get access to the beta testers area of the forums and i will be more then happy to help you with that :-) just PM one of the Mods.

You mentioned to pm one of the mods to get access to the testers forum , how do you do that?

Go to the home page and on the left hand side where it has all the forums and sister sites listed, it says Mods and Admins in bright pink. Click on that and choose a mod. You have to be a beta tester to be in The Helm forum.
